Jewish House and MyBond Loans have joined forces to address homelessness, and help survivors of Domestic and Family Violence by providing individuals in need access for rental bonds using their unique rental bond product, "Jewish House MyBond Money Support".

By combining their resources and expertise, Jewish House and MyBond Loans aim to ease the pressure of rental bonds for people in need, enabling them to transition into safe and stable housing.

The Process

Jewish House and MyBond Loans are providing a unique service that is the first of its kind in the world, that helps vulnerable tenants secure homes by paying their rental bond. Only requiring a fee equivalent to one week's rent,

Jewish House and MyBond Loans will then pay the tenant’s entire rental bond to the Rental Bond Board. This means that the tenant will only have to pay the equivalent of one week’s rent to secure a safe and stable rental.
